• Quote form details you choose to submit: name, organization or campaign, email address, phone number, shipping ZIP code, the date you need signs, sign size, quantity, color and sides selections, delivery preferences, and any notes.
• Artwork files you upload for your order.
• Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information only to prepare your quote, produce and deliver your order, answer your questions, and keep records of the work we did for you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with political committees, campaigns, or advertising networks.

Email

When you submit the quote form, a notification is emailed to our order desk and a confirmation is emailed to the address you entered. We use your email address to follow up on your request. We do not add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run the site: our website host and database, our transactional email provider, and our business email provider. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Payment, when applicable, is handled directly by us or by our payment processor and is not collected through this website.

Artwork and confidentiality

Artwork you upload is stored privately and used only to produce your order. We will not publish your artwork or finished signs as work samples without your permission.

Retention

We keep quote requests and order records for as long as needed for business, accounting, and reprint purposes. You may ask us to delete your quote request or artwork at any time.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to operate the site. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Children

This site is intended for business and campaign use and is not directed to children under 13.
