Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of ElectionSignPrinting.com and to sign orders placed with A Quality Signs & Custom Apparel, 921 Walsh Rd, Suite 204, Madison, WI 53714. Submitting the quote form means you accept these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site, including calculator results, are estimates for the options listed and are not a final invoice. Stakes, grommets, taxes, and shipping are separate unless we state otherwise in writing. Sizes, quantities, and hardware that are not shown in the online calculator are available by custom quote. A quote becomes an order only when we confirm it in writing.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you supply, including candidate names, offices, dates, spelling, and any legally required disclaimers. We print from the approved proof or supplied file. Once you approve artwork, reprints caused by errors in the approved file are billed as a new order. Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files reproduce best; we may flag low-resolution files before production.
Your rights to the content
By submitting artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, including any photographs, logos, party marks, or third-party images. You are responsible for compliance with election-law requirements such as disclaimers or attribution in your jurisdiction.
Production and timelines
Typical production is 3–5 business days after artwork approval and payment arrangements; rush production may be available on request. Stated timelines are estimates and do not include shipping transit time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or late artwork approval. If your signs are tied to an election date, tell us that date so we can plan backward from it.
Color and material variation
Screen colors do not match printed ink exactly, and slight variation between print runs or material batches is normal. Trim tolerance of roughly 1/8" applies to corrugated plastic signs.
Payment
Unless we have approved terms in writing, orders are paid before shipping or pickup. We do not collect payment through this website.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping is quoted separately and billed at cost plus handling. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier or on pickup. Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or shortages within 5 business days.
Cancellations and returns
Custom-printed signs cannot be resold and are not returnable. Cancellations are accepted before production begins; once material is cut or printed, the order is billable. If we make a production error, tell us within 5 business days of delivery and we will reprint or credit the affected signs.
Placement and permits
You are responsible for lawful sign placement, including municipal ordinances, right-of-way rules, and property-owner permission. Weather resistance describes the material’s outdoor suitability and is not a guarantee against wind, vandalism, or removal.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including campaign outcomes or lost opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, with venue in Dane County, Wisconsin.
